Ground Operations Manager (Postholder)

The Ground Operations Manager course aims to provide to the trainees the knowledge and skills to prepare them for the performance of ground operations management functions, for aviation companies.

Throughout the training the trainee will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to:

• Identify which are the regulatory organizations, their goals and all the relationships;
• Recognize the different requirements for ground operations;
• Interpret the requirements of the management staff and the organization to manage the ground operations;
• Interpret the contents and operator requirements for the management of ground operations;
• Explain how the ground handling is integrated in the security management system;
• Apply the acquired knowledge in a practical case.
