Fuel Tank Safety - Phase I and Phase II
The Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) Course aims to provide trainees with knowledge and skills related to the instructions’ importance for maintenance and inspection of ignition in fuel systems, as well as, the procedures set used in that activity to reduce the risk of incidents and accidents in the fuel system.
The
training is structured by phases according to their receivers:
PHASE I – Management
and Quality personnel of Part 145 and Part M organizations.
PHASE II – Certificated
personnel of Part 145 and Part M organizations needed to plan, develop and
supervise, inspect and certify the aircraft maintenance and fuel systems’
components.
Training hours for Phase I: 2H
Training hours for Phase II (Includes Phase I): 8H (Complete Course) ou 4H (Refreshment Course)
