Flight Crew Training Manager (Postholder)

The Flight Crew Training Manager Course aims to provide to the trainees the knowledge and skills in order to prepare them for the performance of training management functions of the flight crew for air operators.

Throughout the training the trainee will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to:

• Identify which are the regulatory organizations, their goals and all the relationships;
• Recognize the different requirements for flight crew training;
• Interpret the requirements of the management staff and the organization to manage the flight crews training;
• Interpret the contents and the operator requirements for the management of the flight crew training;
• Explicar como a formação das tripulações, está integrada no sistema de gestão de segurança;
• Explain how the crews training is integrated in the security management system;
• Apply the acquired knowledge in a practical case.
